Q: What do I need to do to get up and running?

  • All you need to do is to visit www.qwerk-app.com/sign-up, enter your email address and sign up. You will then receive a six-digit combination code in your inbox. Enter the code to the Qwerk activation code bar and you will be asked to either create or join a team.
  • To create a team enter the name of your team. If you’re current email is not signed up yet, you’ll be asked to fill in our form with your desired username, full name, and password. After that, you’ll be able to use Qwerk and invite your team.

Q: What are the system requirements?

  • No system requirements whatsoever. All you need to access Qwerk is a modern web browser.

Q: Is support included?

  • Yes! Our team is ready to address any concerns from our users. Click here if you have any concerns regarding Qwerk.

Q: Is it cloud based?

  • Yes! Qwerk operates on a secure cloud-based system so you can access your data on different devices.

Q: Which browsers do you support?

  • Qwerk is supported on any modern browsers. Make sure to update your browsers to maximise Qwerk’s features.

Q: Do you support single sign on?

  • Not yet. But it is in development.

Q: Can I use Qwerk on my iPad or tablet?

  • Of course!

  • We are currently in the process of expanding integrations available for Qwerk.

Q: Who can access my Qwerk Account?

  • Unless you share your password with your team, only you can access your account.

Q: Where are your data centers?

  • Our servers are currently located in the U.S. West (Oregon) to temporarily cut down on costs.

Q: Who owns the data I upload on Qwerk?

  • You do. All the data that you upload on Qwerk is private and available only to you and the people you share them to.

Q: Is my data secure?

  • Yes. Qwerk has a secured connection (https) which prevents 3rd-party applications from accessing data.
